Influencer Budget Comparator

Compare creator counts and engagements by budget. India micro rates of ₹8,000 to ₹80,000 per post are indicative, agency-reported planning references.

Compare creator campaign options

Currency labels your inputs and results. Changing it does not convert entered amounts. Benchmarks keep their native currency and geography. Add current rates only if you need a cross-currency comparison.

ADVORA / THE DETAILS

Exchange rates

Enter your own current rates when comparing amounts in different currencies. No live rates are fetched.

Each value is the amount equal to US$1. Used for benchmark comparisons and approximate currency context only.

Valid rates save when you leave a field. Blank or invalid rates disable cross-currency comparisons. Your same-currency calculations still work.

Custom quotes work for any industry, market or platform. Include rights, fees and tax consistently. Engagements are your assumptions, not unique people or guaranteed sales.

02 / THE EXPLAINER

The method behind the result.

What does my budget buy?

The comparator defaults to two custom quotes, works in your selected currency, and rounds affordable bookings down to whole creators. An optional India Instagram reference uses indicative midpoint prices. Micro Instagram rates span INR 8,000 to INR 80,000 per deliverable, indicative, agency-reported. Rights, agency fees and GST are excluded.

How are engagements estimated?

In Your quotes mode, enter an all-in price and optional expected engagements per creator for each option. The model rounds affordable bookings down, shows unspent budget, and multiplies whole bookings by your engagement assumption. CPE is allocated spend divided by modeled engagements. Follower tiers alone do not predict performance.

Is a larger creator always better?

Research across 802 campaigns found an inverted-U relationship for absolute engagement. Creator fit, content quality and measurement still matter. Custom quotes support any platform and industry. No automatic YouTube pricing multiplier or follower-tier engagement forecast is used.

Worked example: comparing two creator quotes

In Your quotes mode, a budget of INR 50,000 buys five bookings at INR 10,000 each, or two bookings at INR 20,000 each with INR 10,000 left over. If you expect 500 engagements per booking for the first option and 1,200 for the second, modeled engagements are 2,500 and 2,400. Cost per engagement is INR 20 and approximately INR 16.67 respectively, using allocated spend. The second option has a lower modeled CPE but fewer total engagements. These assumptions do not predict sales or unique reach.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you put your result to work.

01Are engagement estimates guaranteed?

No. They use your own per-creator assumptions. Validate these against comparable campaign reports; engagements are not unique reach or guaranteed sales.

02Why are some engagement cells unavailable?

Engagements appear only when you supply them in Your quotes mode. India tier references show pricing scenarios without predicting audience response.

03Are taxes and usage rights included?

Include them in your all-in custom quotes. The indicative India tier prices exclude them. Use the Influencer Pricing Calculator to model additions separately.
