Grievance Redressal
Advora is committed to responsible publishing. In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and other applicable Indian law, we provide this grievance mechanism for complaints about our content or data practices.

What you can raise
Complaints regarding: accuracy or fairness of published content; defamation or privacy concerns; copyright or trademark issues (see also the Copyright page); personal data handling (see also the Privacy Policy); advertising or sponsored-content labelling; or any alleged violation of applicable law or our own policies.
How to file
Email editor@advora.media with: your name and contact details; the URL of the content or the practice concerned; a clear description of the grievance; and any supporting material. Anonymous complaints are read, but we may be unable to respond or act without contact details.
Timelines
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days of receipt, and sooner for urgent matters, keeping you informed of the outcome and the reasons. Data-protection grievances are handled within the timelines of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including, for content matters, the appellate mechanisms under the 2021 Rules, and for data matters, the Data Protection Board of India.
